Terms and Conditions

These are the terms and conditions for all tickets sold on Moshtix. If you agree to purchase tickets under these conditions, you can then purchase up to 10 tickets per transaction using your credit card.

1) A current matching driver's license/ "RTA Proof of Age" card or current Passport will be required to collect your tickets.

2) Do not purchase tickets if you are not the credit card holder as you will be disallowed entry. Only the credit card holder may pickup tickets.

3) Tickets attract a booking fee and are inclusive of GST. We accept MasterCard, VISA & Amex. The booking fee is non-refundable.

4) NO REFUNDS ON TICKET SALES. All sales are final, unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled.

5) The box office from 75 minutes prior to show.

6) The promoter / venue reserves the right of admission.

7) Moshtix provides this service on behalf of the event promoter or venue.

8) Should the event be cancelled/postponed, moshtix will provide a full refund.

9) If you have booked a Beer, Laksa & Show ticket you must arrive at the theatre one hour prior to the performance in order to have time to eat (unless it is on a Sunday for the 5pm show, where you receive your Laksa afterwards)
