Nina’s art has never been better since her irresistible new muse came along. But as her creativity flourishes, he reveals a more alluring and dangerous plan. As she struggles between salvaging her relationship with boyfriend Sam and fulfilling her desire for this mysterious stranger, Nina could never imagine his ultimate intentions.

The play has been developed with the assistance of the STC’s Next Stage program and features some of Australia’s hottest new young acting talent including Augusta Miller (NIDA), Ryan Corr (NIDA), James Elliott (NIDA) and Alexandra Fisher (WAAPA).
It will be the first full length play to be written by new Australian playwright Emily Calder and will be produced and directed by emerging talent Mark Grentell (Rock of Ages, Matt & Ben, Spring Awakening, Saturn’s Return, Dr. Zhivago) and will feature some of Australia’s best young theatre designers including set and costumes by Kate Roberts (NIDA, Opera Australia’s Candide, Katie Perry, Sydney Festival) lighting design by Trent Suidgeest (WAPPA, Belvoir’s The Sapphires, The Production Company’s The King) and sound design by Nate Edmonson (NIDA).
