Danelle was born in Mackay, Queensland where her theatre training began. In 1985, she moved to Sidcup, England and trained at The Doreen Bird College of Performing Arts. Returning to Australia in 1988, her credits include Expo '88, the original Australian cast of '42nd St', 'A Slice of Saturday Night', 'The King and I' and 'Me and My Girl'. After retirement as a gypsy, Danelle completed a Diploma in Business at SIT and then worked for family circle magazine, Funniest Home Videos, Sydney Film Festival and Accenture. Whilst starting her family, Danelle held various volunteer positions, including Festival Coordinator for the Eastern Suburbs Children's Festival from 2005 - 2007.In 2006, she graduated with Distinction from UTS with a Bachelor of Management in Leisure. As part of her studies, Danelle completed a major research project for Tamarama Rock Surfers and is thrilled to now be a 'rocksurfer' herself.
