TRS General Manager Position

The Tamarama Rock Surfers Theatre Company is looking for a dynamic and
experienced General Manager to oversee the company’s diverse operations in the
theatre sector. Eligible applicants will have a proven track record in the performing arts
industry or as a manager or producer, ideally in a similar position in a
performing arts organisation.

Role:
General Management of Tamarama Rock Surfers Theatre Company (TRS).

Tasks:
Work on company development.
Liaise and develop relationship with funding bodies and philanthropic
partners.
Budgeting.
TRS presence at industry events/government partners/workshops etc.
Management of relationship with Waverley and City of Sydney Councils.
Work with Old Fitzroy Hotel on our company’s relationship with the venue.
Liaise with TRS Board/ASIC/ATO.
Co-ordinate for TRS Company/TRS Projects.
Development of all contracts.
Manage TRS administrative staff and office operations.
Ensure compliance with all relevant requirements from funding bodies and legal
entities.
Maintenance of budget/cash flow information as required by the Artistic
Director.
Reports to: Artistic Director/CEO and TRS Board
