14/06/2016 · There’s not just one way to do this, but this is my process. Not everyone learns or does things the same way, so I’m hoping that in this tutorial, you get the gist of how to make a pattern from an existing garment and do it in a way that makes sense to you.
- Pattern marking. You can either make the pattern on a paper or draw directly on the cloth with chalk. If you are directly marking on the cloth take the front and back pieces and fold in half and take the folded side as AB in the diagram and start marking.
